Install development headers for all components #657

Currently, building Gnome-GlobalMenu from source installs one development 
header, for globalmenu-server. This is enough for making a simple panel applet 
for other desktop environments, but it makes inclusion of the switcher widget 
and configuration of GlobalMenu internal settings impossible. Installing 
development headers for the Switcher and GlobalMenu-Settings would solve these 
limitations.

Alternatively you might add panel applets for more DE's to the project, for 
example KDE and LXDE. If it helps, I am already working on a LXDE panel plugin 
whose source can be downloaded from 
http://home.student.utwente.nl/j.vanderhoff/downloads/lxglobalmenu.tar.gz.
