As far I have checked the SellingPlanAllocation is not available in Checkout and the CheckoutLineItem You should must add shopping cart module as the CartLine includes the SellingPlanAllocation

I have no plan to add the new feature as I am already fully occupied.

The Shopping cart module has been added in v2.1.0 but SellingPlanAllocation is yet to be added. It will be added soon.
