Stop assigning computed fields #39

There is a NAPIIA and NHIA rule that require the full algorithms library to be a dependency to his projects.

I don't think it makes sense to set computed fields. If those are needed, then the algorithms library should be used, but outside of this library. That's an overlapping that is not necessary.

I removed those two rules and the dependency to the Algorithms library. If an organization needs those fields, they can just run the created file through File*Pro and compute those variables.
