Hey just curious here as we use this image in our deployments - I am already using timescale toolkit as it was already in ghcr.io/imusmanmalik/timescaledb-postgis:16 - is this issue valid in the sense that it is not actually supposed to be included?

@markamber I believe the issue is more for including timescale toolkit not excluding it, so it should be there in all supported versions
