r359 didn't fix the voting problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the menu and select "RCon Vote" or "Single Map Vote"
2.Start the vote and wait
3.Click on the "Vote Menu Manager" in the menu again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should either see the command being executed or something happening, 
mapchange etc., instead, after acceptance of the vote, the command sometimes 
get executed, but mostly, you just get "cancel vote" in the vote manager

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2V on Win7 / 64bit, tested with CS: S SRCDS

Isias, maybe its to do with the OB engines 4 seconds menu close? 1.2V didn't 
seem it fix this issue.
