ma_slay crashes DOD:S Server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install MAP on DoD:S
2.Add yourself as an admin and slay yourself

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should get slayed, instead, the server crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2V (with latest gametypes.txt downloaded from hp) on Win7 x64 SRCDS

Please provide any additional information below.

Actually, it looks like all commands might break the plug-in, also kick does 
lead to an immediately crashing system. gametypes.txt header:

Using Mani 1.2V and the latest gametypes.txt (July 09) on Windows 7 and Ubuntu 
10.04, I can confirm that Slay works fine on DOD:S.

This was an error in the gametypes.txt file.  Currently, downloading from 
http://developement.mani-admin-plugin.com/gametypes.php?game=dod will fix this.

An updated gametypes.txt will be added to the zip files on next update.
