Players can pick up restricted weapons. (mani_weapon_restrict_prevent_pickup 1 doesn't work) #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set mani_weapon_restrict_prevent_pickup 1
2.Restrict a weapon and drop it on the ground

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The weapon should not be picked up and a message that the weapon is restricted 
should be emmited, instead, it gets picked up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
