CS: Go - buy helmet thru the "buy menu" not possible #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set up an installation and try to buy a helmet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A helmet should be bought, instead, it is denied like that iteam / weapon would 
be restricted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.22.13b

You can buy the helmet via the shortcut F1, just not via the buymenu.
