Appveyor is too slow, always in queue...

Yes, trying to work it out:-( It is weird that the same test passes with the appveyor test in rDSN repo, but failed here ...

Unit tests for meta server do not work on appveyor but ok on local machine. Disable appveyor for this part as a workaround - may look into it later while relying on test on Linux for the time being.
