Reorganizing test files #27

To make it easier to search, write and read tests, this PR only re-organizes test files into the same structure as the source files, it also makes the test file name as test_<source-file-name>.py.

Everything looks fine for me. Just the filtering test file, it should be inside the transaction folder, not?

good catch, I added it to the test/transactions folder
