Allow upper and lower case in user config file entries #32

Income and Expense references, in the user config file, allow only lower case configuration, two problems:

  1. this behaviour is not documented.
  2. it's not ideal to restrict what the user can configure as transaction references.

User Story

As a user generating financial reports, I want to be able to input case insensitive references to my incomes and expenses.
