Integrate search functionality and Tag Filtering into the FAQ page [LOW]

The Setup process FAQ page as well as other FAQ pages will need to be flexible enough and allow the students to quickly filter and find what they are looking for.

For this purpose, a tag-filtering feature along with Fuzzy search need to be integrated.

We are looking at two candidate libraries:

• https://www.fusejs.io/
• https://github.com/yairEO/tagify

There is currently a branch ready for the development of this feature: feature/faq-search

To start developing:

• git checkout feature/faq-search
• npm run faq-search-dev

The development folder can be found under tools/feature-faq-search/
