The game is very fun to play and I think the students will like it! In order to check their progress, I have suggested either recording their screen with a tool (didn't know which to recommend, so I left a placeholder) or capturing images that proves they reaced the last page and they have completed all of 32 tasks.
However, it stills feel to me a bit odd if we want to be so strict with making sure that no body cheats. Playing a game is supposed to be fun! If they want to cheat, they can do it. It's their loss.
Perfect! Next step: integrate CSS diner directly into WDX and think about embedding some progress tracking and automatic completion submission mechanism.
I think it would be nice to have the students go through the awesome CSS Diner game to get more comfortable with CSS selectors and having fun while going through Day 3 of Week 3.
We can also consider integrating the exercise into the platform (so it can be available offline): GitHub
Don't forget to remind our students to star the repo, if they enjoyed the experience and it has helped them learn something.
