Quick fix layout expiration of test layouts #20

Fixes issue #: None. Tests just stopped working due to layout expiration date.

Description of the changes being introduced by the pull request: Delays the expiration of two test layouts by a 1000 years and re-signs the layouts.

The cleaner solution might be to sign it on the fly, but it's not really worth the effort.

Please verify and check that the pull request fulfills the following requirements:

Let's use a less crazy expiration time. We don't want others to emulate our examples. 2 years seems like plenty...

We should also talk tomorrow about what to do about this issue in general in the developer meeting.
