Adding introduction file for TPM #22

I've started to re-write the introduction paper for TPM's integration with in-toto. This file is supposed to be the introduction paragraph of the paper. Kindly review it, and please let me know the feedback on it.

Any particular feedback you are looking for, @ashishdas009? Have you looked at threat models for TUF or in-toto (see publications)? Maybe you can take inspiration there.

@lukpueh actually Santiago has suggested me to open a new repo for TPM. So I will close this PR and continue updating the paper there. Once I am done completing, I will share it with you and Santiago for review.
