Purging tasks command doesn't work #143

Some more focus on this feature would be good. Maybe allow the purge command to filter "purgables" with an argument of a task ID, project name, timeline name or individual file names.

Sorry. I actually can't remember when I fixed this. Use the proxima celery sub-command for the time being to purge a queue that isn't the local version constraint key.
