Yes, unfortunately .... I am not sure how to handle this right now, but in the meantime the large file (there is only 1) can be downloaded from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/113ZcQ6xqmsWAwGrV93c43ZW3nf6_NrAW/view?usp=drivesdk

the file should be put at Assets/NavMeshes/Main.asset
