Does playing horn in vehicles same as play radio stations?

I will first do the play radio part.

You can add play vehicle horn to the list.

It's not the same. Horn is SFX sound, radio stations are stream sounds, and are much larger. We can easily play any SFX or stream sound. But, the problem with radio stations is that I don't know how are they organized in streams.

From now on, beginners can find tasks by searching for issues labeled with "good first issue" label, therefore this issue is no longer needed.
