Frontend export and rss view still available in plugin flexform, typoscript, docs ... #1109

Since v10.9.0 and v12.4.0 the export and rss functionality of powermail_frontend (Pi2) was completely removed without any replacement. There are still a few places where these functions are visible/configurable.
