Add Recaptcha based providers handling + hCaptcha configuration #21

Hello Mr Kellner,

We needed a captcha provider other than Google. So we decided to improve powermailrecaptcha to accept any Recaptcha based provider (such as hCaptcha).

We made the least modification possible within the extension. Would you like us to propose an abstracted version of the extension that accepts any provider (Recaptcha based or not) ?

For now

Recaptcha is still the default provider.
Adding a provider only implies 4 constants and a condition in typoscript.
Switching between providers is now possible by changing one constant.
Added hCaptcha configuration. (hCaptcha is now natively available)
Added en, de, fr spamshield error message.
README has been updated.

Thx for your work but please make a new extension. This will keep this one simple as it is.
