Add HTTPS #3

Since the application will run only in HTTPS, it would be better to use it too in the dev container.

To do so a self signed certificate deployed by Ansible in the nginx role would be enough. To avoid any inconvenience, a redirection from HTTP to HTTPS should be provided.

After giving some thoughts, it's better to keep the dev environment without caching configuration and have the Varnish installed on the integration and production environments.
