Configure the publishing process: once a tag is pushed on the repository, a Travis build should be launched with a specific publishing task.

This task should do the following:

generate the PHPDoc in build artefacts
prepare the docker virtual machines into the build artefacts
deploy the application as the integration version
provide the means to easily deploy the integration version

Should also remove builded files once this is done.
