Add handling for Jabber resources #14

What shall be added?
Add support for Jabber resources:
Automatically switch OTR on or off depending on the active resource.

Priority very low, would require much code just for Jabber accounts.
(menus to manage sessions for inactive resources, code to decide wich resource 
is currently active, make sure user doesn't accidentally send unencrypted 
messages, ...)
