MirOTR on Jabber - ok, MirOTR on ICQ - failed #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded Miranda IM from offical site
2. Downloaded and installed MirOTR
3. Did the same on second PC
4. Trying to start OTR Session between two test accs on Jabber - works fine!
5. Trying the same on ICQ - nothing happens. I press "Start OTR Session", 
second client do not see anything.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
OTR Session

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MirOTR 0.11.0.3  on Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
