Provide dialog box for „either end your private conversation, or restart it“ #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Establish OTR connection
2. The contact finishes the connection

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You get the popup/message „either end your private conversation, or restart 
it“. I would like to see a dialog box opening up and ask me what to do: End 
connection, restart or do nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Miranda 0.9.2, MirOTR 0.9.1.1

Possibly, this will be an option.
I think, we could let the user choose between 3 options:
* show message (current behaviour)
* show dialg (maybe includding the message)
* automatically end session and jump to plaintext

So it would be an extension of the current third option? Seems to be a good
