Description

Replace ioutil.ReadFile(deprecated) to os.ReadFile
Remove unreachable code
Upgrade bluemonday from 1.0.16 to 1.0.25
Upgrade yaml.v2 from 2.3.0 to 2.4.0

Result

Tested it in my environment, still works as expected
