Is it possible to make bot stop reading input from the channel? Is it possible to make one way communication? Because when I type something in chat, bot tell my chat ID.

Initially bots had access to chat messages only when they were mentioned. I'm not aware if that ware any changes to this or if there're any settings. You can add a mention check to this bot and fire a PR.
