In the invitation email, generated for a user, Change text: If you'd like to be removed from this Clique, please email Simon Funke at simon.funke@gmail.com.

To be a link that auto generates an email, pre-filled with email: address of person that invited them to a clique subject: Please remove me from your Shared Cliques.
