Fix CSS impact in configuration template #18

In configuration template, add #inlibro-carrousel to all CSS rules in order to avoid impact on other parts of the page. For example .fa impacts cart icon in header. Screenshot_2020-11-25 Koha Carrousel Plugin Configuration

Also changes #content with #inlibro-content to avoid mistakes.

Maybe other templates need the same fix. Remember to fix templates for all languages.
