Review file structure for posts #86

Use .Rprofile for global options.
Use one .Rmd files for session Info.
Add a badge 'archived'.
Post are categirized by years.
There is no longer a need for a folder 'current' and a folder 'archived'.
Post have been reviewed to ensure that they are built correclty.
Tweak footer.
