Upgrade to font-awesome 5.x or 6.x #90

We are still loading font-awesome 4.7 in our blog.

[x] check which version ships with minimal
[x] upgrade to v5.x or v6.x (if one of the two is shipped with minimal, use it)
[x] change all icons accordingly (I think we use around 20 icons, should not be too bad)

In the last version (https://github.com/calintat/minimal/commit/987f270dfee350c561a4c588724c8eae290aeaa8), minimal has v.5.15.1 included.
