Create a metadata database to hold upstream metadata associated to remote contents #2

As it is mentioned at #1, additional upstream metadata should be preserved when the contents associated to an URI are fetched or mirrored. A place to preserve it could a metadata database, where the metadata associated to fetched remote contents associated to URIs, containers and workflows is stored and interrelated
