added b2share metadata OEB schema #114

The schema id should be different, as the organization and people who are backing the JSON Schema is not github.com . Remember that an schema id is an URI, so it is not required to have it as a working URL

Hi @javi-gv94 , maybe it is better using an id like https://inb-elixir.es/benchmarking/json-schemas/eudat-b2share-metadata/1.0as the version is the more variable part. What do you think?
