Add deletion_date to all the concepts #120

There is no way to tell that an entry has been deleted, and when it happened.

Once an entry is deleted, no update should be allowed on the entry.

The attribute is finally @deleted, and it is managed by the server side. The declarations are available since commit e4dac489e2fa17c75979d379b8638071c5582292
