Manage a non-existent GitHub repository #615

Currently

The user is re-directed to the FAIR Evaluator page without any kind of explanation.

Desirable

A dialog opens explaining that the repository does not exist. The user does not leave "step 2"

Add a step before trying to fetch the installation ID that checks the page exists.

If the repository is private, trying to access it returns a 404 error.

Leave this as it was an enable an error dialog for other kinds of errors.
