Suggestion: Malware/NSFW scanner #103

It would be cool if a malware/nsfwscanner would be integrated. Something like https://unscan.co or https://nsfw.rest or just a different way of doing it

There's already a malware scanner in place, and a NSFW scanner would just be silly for a site called lewd.
