The discord bot for applications sucks balls and I hate it.

A new bot would need to:

Open DM with user
Display pre-defined message (like questions for user to answer)
Forwarded attached files
Send application to the #applications channel
Have a accept/reject system
Upon accept, generate and send invitation link with pre-defined filesize limit.

The current bot doesn't do half of this which leads to a lot of applications being ignored or forgotten about for days because it's such a hassle.
