KnownFeedIdentity topic list can get too long in reference Hub implementation #104

When there are too many topics with the same ID, eventually the topics list 
can get so long in a KnownFeedIdentity entity that it can no longer be stored 
(>1MB). We need to shard the KnownFeedIdentity model or completely give 
up on feeds that have this many aliases.
