Make the use of lease_seconds in verification requests more clear for auto-refreshing #109

SUMMARY:

The lease_seconds parameter in verification requests should be used by 
subscribers to figure out when they should expect the next hub check-in. 
If subscribers don't get a check in by that time, they should probably re-
request the subscription to ensure they're still connected.

My list response:

I'm in agreement with this.  Guidance would be a good thing.  30 - 60 days seems
reasonable, to me, but I could be pushed as low as 14.  Any lower than that just
causes thrashing, and any greater people start to question the usefulness.
