Add pagination view for the orders module, and hookup pagination state dispatcher

• [x] Pass onclick handler to the pagination from the order component, which receives it from the Layout..
• [x] Pass onclick handler from the Layout to the order component.
• [x] Handle onclick on Layout by dispatching pagination action.
• [x] Check view gets refreshed properly
