Bespoke Facebook tabs cannot be added to Facebook page #5

About:

Inapub SC platform allows a user to create bespoke tabs on a Facebook business page. These tabs are: Menus, Drinks, Events & TV Sport. The information on bespoke Facebook tabs is pulled from respective pages on Inapub SC.

To enable this functionality a user must already connect a Facebook page with Inapub SC.

Error:

When a user tries to add a bespoke Facebook tab using the Inapub SC platform, the following error comes up: "This page does not have permission to install the custom tab"

To replicate this bug please follow the below:

  1. Go to Social Media Channels tab on Inapub SC
  2. Connect a Facebook page to Inapub SC
  3. Go to Products tab
  4. Click on Add Tab button and then Add Facebook Tab
  5. Select a page from the dropdown menu
