Next major release should be at the new GitHub site and comply with the new 
naming conventions:

  <groupId>org.dkpro.jwktl</groupId>
  <artifactId>dkpro-jwktl</artifactId>
  <version>2.0.0</version>

New package root: org.dkpro.jwktl.*
