[x] Added the initial SQL for OSM tables in 00_initial.sql
[x] Added alter table functions in 01_post_pbf_script.sql
[x] Added script that contains the rest of logic. in 02_post_pbf_script.sql

TODO:

[ ] Split 01_post_pbf_script.sql to remove admin areas creation
[ ] Generate SQL for Admin areas to use with PostgreSQL on startup. The only caveat is that the SQL might be big with data but as DDL it will be small
[ ] Split 02_post_pbf_script.sql into smaller sections ie DB functions

NB: 02_post_pbf_script.sql Has DDL arranged in a specific order function so splitting should be easy

Thanks @NyakudyaA is this still in WIP? Please explain the PR taskslist as checkmark so we know what's done and not done. If we know what is not done, we can help you too.

Will do, You can merge and we can then work on further spliting
