Build 325: asks to sync already synced observation, overwrites new ID

Uploaded the following observation as "willows"

http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/3217763

Changed to Salix purpurea on the website after uploading. Then looked at app again and tried refreshing. It then said the observation needed to be uploaded again. When I did this it reverted to the original ID of "willows". This happened twice. Eventually the app updated to Salix purpurea but it took a while.

@naturalistcharlie are you still seeing this? I think this should have been fixed recently.

I haven't seen this with the more recent build!
