My Location Button for Explore Tab Map View #290

It would be so helpful to have a button on the Explore tab map view that when tapping centered my position on the map like the Google and Apple map apps.

Here's a quick sketch below I grabbed from an old mock up to give you an idear. Disregard the map markers.

We can just use the standard iOS "my location" icon used in Apple maps.

I think there may have already been an issue about this in the past, but I couldn't find. If so, we can delete this one.

Ok, can I remove the "find observations near me" search menu item then?
