3.2.6: After editing obs fields, obs doesn't sync #639

Bug submitted by user, I could replicate.

  1. Join https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/bird-collision-corps-verona-public-library
  2. Make a new obs in iOS app and add it to the project. Fill out all the obs fields.
  3. Sync obs
  4. Check obs on website. Obs fields are filled out appropriately.
  5. In app, edit observation and change the Wind Direction and Weather fields
  6. Go back to Details page, then tap on Done
  7. Obs doesn't sync
