Making an account via Google doesn't add your current time zone to account #1195

  1. Make a new account via Google
  2. Check the account's time zone setting at https://www.inaturalist.org/admin/users
  3. The account has no time zone

When someone signs up with email/password, we get the device's current time zone and use that as the account's time zone. Not sure if this bug also affects accounts made via Facebook.
