Reordering sound causes crash #1238

Version 1.28.8 (561). Happens in both my Pixel 3A and Samsung Galaxy S10e.

  1. Create or edit an observation that has at least two media files, at least one of which is a sound.
  2. Drag and drop the sound to re-order it.
  3. As soon as it goes over the icon of another media item, the app either crashes or, if you just logged in, will attempt to upload the observation.

I can't currently get log files from either of my devices.
