HEIC photos get rotated 90° #1293

From https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/android-images-taken-with-heic-format-appears-sideways-when-submitting/43824 I can replicate.

  1. Import an HEIC file into the Android app
  2. The image is rotated 90° counter-clockwise

Converting the image into a jpeg and then importing it results in the correct rotation.
