App crashes if you add an ID to an unidentified observation where the observer has opted out of community ID #1348

From https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/android-app-crash-on-id-of-obs-with-community-taxon-opt-out/53078 I can replicate with version 1.31.1 - 610

  1. In Explore, find an unidentified observation that has not been identified by the observer
  2. Add an ID
  3. Go back to your identifications and refresh
  4. Your identification shows "TextView"
  5. Tap on the identification
  6. The app crashes
